Service Description

I can tailor the massage to your requirements, using deep tissue movements where there is tension / problem areas to improve movement and use Swedish massage techniques to relax you. I can focus on particular parts of the body you want me to. Whether you're a runner with tight hamstrings and calf muscles or if you’re sat at a computer all day with shoulder and upper back tension, I can focus my time on what is needed and what your requirements are.
